Giving me 'account suspended' with no way to log into billing

This is the message I get when trying to log in:

"Your Atlassian Cloud products are suspended Your subscription for Atlassian Cloud hasn't been renewed. If you're a site admin, go to admin.atlassian.com View site bill to update your payment details."

Our Jira site is suspended. I’ve tried logging in with all known admin emails but can’t find which account is the actual admin. We need help identifying the admin account and regaining access to pay our bill and restore service.

Thanks for posting your query! Just a heads-up — Atlassian Community members (including myself) don’t have access to your/company’s Atlassian instance or user management setting.

But, we can raise a Atlassian assistance here for the ticket, which is done. It might take 2 business days for an engineer to revert here; meanwhile, share your product URL.

Welcome to Atlassian community!

I understand that you are unable to access your Jira instance in the cloud URL: futurestateuniversity.atlassian.net

 

I see that the only billing admin and the site admin for the site is: alexandria.lin@futurestateuniversity.com and the Jira site was deleted due to non-payment since there is no payment method updated.
Please have the admin raise a support request with our billing team directly here https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing#/.

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

You won’t be able to tell if someone is an admin unless you yourself have access to the administration interface. If you need to recover information or change the administrator account, you’ll need to reach out to Atlassian Support directly. You can do that through this link: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/ . Just select the relevant issue, describe the details, and a support specialist will assist you.
