I have an issue with a Gliffy diagram not showing in Confluence. In edit mode it's visible but when pressing "save" and going back to Confluence it takes 2 seconds and it's gone on the page. When moving the mouse over the image area an image icon can be seen but the diagram is not visible. Other diagrams on the same page are visible.
Selecting "Full mode" in confluence will display the diagram.
I've looked on some older cases where the same issue has been discussed and where the fix has been to move the diagram to the upper left corner but it does not fix my issue.
Hi Frode!
I'm sorry you're having a hard time with Gliffy. Would you mind sending a screenshot or two to our support team at support@gliffy.com?
Thanks!
Samie
Sure I will, sent a printscreen now.
Frode

Any news on this? I have the same issue and it is very annoying.

Sorry, forgot to add the workaround. So, Confluence is working on a fix but in the meantime the following workaround can be used (it worked for me) ->
"To workaround this problem you will need to disable the HTML5 Viewer on this diagram. To do this you will need to put the Confluence page in edit mode > select the diagram > select More from the toolbar that displayed when you selected the diagram > Uncheck the Interactive HTML5 Viewer box > Click Update > Click Update on Confluence page."
