Global Custom CSS for Confluence

Hello,

following tutorial : https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/DOC/Basic+Styling+Tutorial

Activated in Security Admin page : Custom Stylesheets for Spaces (for Spaces Only ???)

Trying to rewrite #header in Look & Feel > Stylesheet

#header {  
background-color=#326CA6;  
}

No changes, why please ?

Finally I got modify header by using custom html field in admin panel :

<style type="text/css">
#header {
background-color:#326CA6;
}

</style>
