Global use of "How to Articles" in confluence

I would like to create a section where I keep the master copy of "how to" articles and as they are updated they would update all other copies copies of these articles throughout confluence (other KBs). Is this possible.

Hello Rob,

From my understanding, it sounds as though you have sections of articles which you want to keep the master locked down and referenced into additional articles. If this is the case, then you’ll want to use the Excerpt macros within Confluence cloud. This macro will allow you to select some or all of a page and will enable that excerpt to be used within other pages (multiple times). Page permissions will apply on this, and you need to ensure users have access to read/view the excerpted page itself. Further information on this may be found at the following:

I hope this information proves helpful and you’re able to reference out your master document while maintaining editorial control over the contents.
