Hey all - I am looking to do some mass search and replace for particular words or phrases across a giant set of documentation for my organization. I'm wondering if there are existing tools out there that do this kind of thing.
Ideally search/replace with some kind of report or UI that would show the documents/instances before there is some kind of confirmation action.
Anything like that exist? Or any other related tools that are useful?
@Matt Brandwe built, and then rebuild it to ensure it works with enormous spaces, bulk find and replace across a space (also has advanced page search). It's a feature of our app Space Content Manager.
Hi @Matt Brand
Unfortunately, out of the box this feature is not available. There is a plugin does perform this feature: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1212823/search-and-replace?tab=overview&hosting=server
