Google Ads on Atlassian Connect addon, is it possible?

I made an addon using Atlassian connect that works for confluence only, can I add Google Adsense for support the infrastructure of it? The addon is FREE.

Hope it can be possible, so the addon can be up and running for several more years.

I would suggest reading through the various agreements that you sign off on in order to publish something on the marketplace.

From a technical perspective - I would be careful though since you're in a semi-iframe placing the content - something that Google AdWords wouldn't be able to understand.. You might get some odd caching.

Why not just charge for the product? You'll probably get more income that way (just charge low if you're just interested in covering the hosting).
