Granting Space access

Hey,

I received a user request to join my space. Beside the 4-digit ID and the prefered group, this user wants to join, there is no other information such as mail-address or name. Is there a way to grant access to users just via ID?

Hi @Vanessa Wilcken ,

To access into a space, a user would need access to Confluence first. You can probably liaise with your Confluence admin to determine the user account.
