Hi,
We would like to grant access to our external users (clients) to be able to review content and add their comments.
How can we accomplish this?
Would this work?
Create a client group called ClientA
Space permissions for ClientA-Space - Our company group (not admin) can view and edit the entire space
Page Restrictions - On the parent page (Project Page) with 10 child pages (requirements), add page restrictions for Company group to edit pages and ClientA group to view pages.
Question
1. With the above setup would users in the ClientA group be able to view all pages under the ClientA-Space space or just under the parent page (Project Page) including the child pages?
Please advise.
Best,
Dharmesh
Thanks for your quick response, @Tansu Akdeniz!
Understood. What if I do not give access to ClientA to the space AND give access to a page only? Will they be able to access the page without space permissions?
Ex.
Space - no access to ClientA. Company has access.
Will ClientA be able to view only (and comment) Project Page 2 and Sub-page 1?
So, ClientA can not see the space (although you give access in page level). You are welcome.

It totally depends to individual page restrictions. If you grant access to ClientA in your space, they can see all pages within the space if there is no individual restrictions.
Ex 1:
ClientA can view all pages.
Ex 2:
ClientA can view only Proje Page 1 and Sub-page 1.
