Group of user defined template:

I have created user defined templates. How to make the list of templates available by default in each new space created.

Add them to the global templates, that will make them available everywhere.

Also , I want the child page to  have the list of template to appear . When ever a new Space is created.

Can we configure this?

You can only promote templates globally if you are a Confluence admin.  You'll need to talk to your administrators about this.

If you do get them promoted, all spaces will have the templates available when a page is created.
