Is Atlassian working on a feature that will allow guest access to Confluence to be limited in time, so that, for example, access is only possible for three months and is then automatically blocked?
Nothing has been communicated about that so I don't think so. You can always reach out to support directly (https://support.atlassian.com/contact and make an inquiry to them directly about their plans.
As nothing like this is in the current public roadmap I'd just add a reminder to review the guests when needed.
