I have a user I invited to Confluence as a guest.
Her settings in Atlassian admin are correct and I added her to the space I wanted her to have access to.
She was unable to log in to the system at all. But within minutes she received this email.
Which since I had not granted access is a little confusing. Additionally I tried sending her direct link to the space I had granted her access to and she gets a restricted content screen. We just upgraded to premium and I am working my way through the new features to learn how to use them and prepare a presentation for our department managers and I meet with them on Friday and need this feature to work! Please help!
Hello @Collista Lewingdon
Each Guest user has to be individually added to added directly to the one space to which you want them to have access, via the Space Settings > Space Permissions page for that Space. There is a section under the Internal Licensed Users section for adding Guests.

What is the experience of the user when they attempt to login? What messages/screens do they see?
Is the domain of the user's email one that your organization has claimed?
Has the user tried their login through a private browser window, like Chrome Incognito? I have seen instances where a user has been using Chrome, and is logged in to Chrome with a Google identity that is different than the identity they would use for Atlassian. In those cases, I've seen that there is a weird caching thing where regardless of what the user enters in the Atlassian login screen the Atlassian Cloud system then tries to use the Google identity that is logged into Chrome.
