If admin of page (isn't me) can't get to it in the time we need, can ANYONE at Confluence be reached since they have zero phone number and terrible support to reinstate the page from the trash?

Hi @Britney Ross and welcome to the Community,

this unfortunately is not something we can help you with. We are a public forum and don't have any access to any sites. I doubt that the official Atlassian support would do anything about this either, as this is clearly the responsibility of your companies Confluence Admin.

Sadly, there is no built in button "contact your administrators" within Confluence. Do you not have a central IT support or the likes that you can contact? They should hopefully know who your admins are.. You would only need someone with Space Admin permission - these are usually appointed to people who are responsible for the space's content.

Hello @Britney Ross to remove a page from the trash it must be done by someone who has space administrator permissions.

Using the following steps:

  1. Click on ••• in the space name > Space Settings
  2. Content > Trash

Then all pages moved to the trash will appear, with the option to Restore or Clear.

Best regards,
Jean Horn
