HOW TO ADD A USER TO WHEN A NEW CONFLUENCE' PAGE IS CREATED FOR JIRA REPORT PAGE?

Hi There, 

After adding a new user to an existing group in confluence, I assumed that when a new page of JIRA report type is added, the new user should receive a notification, but to my surprise the mail notification was sent to all the existing users in the group, except the new user.

Where and how can I add the new user to the email notification list?

Any help will be much appreciated.

Do you mean "is the user authorised to watch this space"?

If so, the answer is "yes".
