HTTP Status 500 - java.lang.IllegalStateException: Spring Application context has not been set

My application is working from last 2 weeks, while i upgrade the application due this error, but it is not fixed. So kindly support us for resolving this problem.

Hello,

Please go over Confluence does not start due to Spring Application context has not been set KB to determine the potential cause for failure.

I would suggest checking to make sure you are starting confluence with designated account and not with root. If you installed confluence using installer, then confluence account was created automatically and confluence permissions were set to that account. When starting confluence after that, you have to make sure that it starts with that designated account and not root.
