I am looking to create a process for capturing lessons learned generated by multiple project managers across various portfolios. All of our project managers use Confluence. Has anyone implemented a solution that leverages creating a lessons learned template and the Confluence database feature? Or something similar?
Hi Anna, you could build out templates for project managers to leverage so that you can keep this consistent. The big problem that I find, is that it's hard to go through the database to find what you're looking for unless you're very structured in how users create pages.
An alternative could be to use third-party apps. To be transparent, I created an app for lessons learned repositories called WorkshopIQ that could help solve this.

Why using Confluence DB for lesson learned? This is a suggestion why not a Confluence Template?
The more you keep it simple the more your users will have an enjoyable experience.
Keep DB feature for something else.
