Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
Hi Support,
recently we have installed confluence including the team calendar function. I want to syncronize them to Outlook via the CalDav Syncronizer, which causes internal server errors (500, please see below). Do you have a hint what it could be and how I can resolve it?
We have deactivated the collaborative editing feature as we don't need it. Does it influence the calendar synchronisation?
Please find the a part of the error code below as the discussion cannot exceed 20.000 chars.

Hello everybody,
my boss posted the request for help a few days ago but we've had no answers to our questions yet.
Since we're in the process of rolling out our team-calendars into our Outlook-2016-environment, these synchronizing-errors are quite bothering.
They do not occur regularily or really, really often, but enough to disturb especially those users that are a bit computer-shy and are more easily frightened by a bright-red window popping up.
So - any kind of hint would be very appreciated.
