How to delete inserted image from confluence page

Inserted image in confluence page. I am admin.

Not completely able to delete it from the page.

Deleted image from attachments, still it is showing up as Unknown Attachment.

Simply backspacing on the image worked. Thanks

Followed the process as mentioned.

went to attachments and deleted the Image. Still it is showing as unknown Attachment, but not completely deleted.

How to delete the image completely without any marks left in the page.
