Help with Multiexcerpt include containing a Horizontal Navigation Bar

I created a multiexcerpt with a horizontal navigation bar and a few navigation bar pages. When I do a multiexcerpt include on a different page all the navigation bar pages display all of their information all at once but the page tabs aren't showing with the selected page information only. 

The original multiexcerpt displays corrently, but the multiexcerpt include doesn't display properly.

Is this a known issues?

I guess the workaround would be building each section out which defeats the purpose of multiexcerpt and multiexerpt inlcude.
