Help with Page Properties / Report

I am using @Smith, joe etc.  as the data in the left column of my page properties.  In the right column I have a defined status.   Each page represents meeting notes.

When I run the page properties report only my name shows at the top of the column.  If I replace the @username of the other columns i want without the "@" i get columns.  If this makes sense, I want to use the @ sign so users get the associated meeting notes.

Am i doing something wrong? I am trying to track attendance at work group meetings.
