Themes for Confluence Cloud

Hi! I'd appreciate input from all of you out there. 

I'm looking to improve the look and feel of our Confluence intranet.

Our pain points are as follows:

1. Cluttered look:
   1. each page includes created by, x min read, etc. All of that is not necessary. Is there  a way to hide that?
   2. Edit/comment/star- Is there a way to hide that in a menu button?
2. Fonts- Is there a simple way to change the font and font size?
3. Spacing of elements. 

Is there an app out there that can fix all of this for us?

I'd suggest a mix of two apps, both of which are free for all user tiers:

Karma - Confluence Page Builder

Karma is an incredibly powerful page builder, especially considering it's a free tool. It will allow you to create the exact layout you want for your page, with custom spacing, colors, and many more features. It's also the only tool I know that allows you to change the font of your content.

Spacecraft Theme for Confluence Cloud – color your space

While Karma allows you to create a completely customized page, theming Confluence Cloud is not currently possible. However, the app that comes closest to a themed Confluence is Spacecraft. It allows you to publish a space externally and customize various aspects of it, such as the background, navigation menu, and more. It also enables you to hide certain elements of the page, such as comments. This tool also works well with Karma, so using them in combination makes sense.

These formatting tools can certainly be used to create an intranet-like experience in Confluence Cloud. If you want to take your intranet experience to the next level, I highly suggest looking into Mantra - Your Confluence Cloud Intranet.

Thanks Rodrigo, but Refined (or Scroll Viewport) don't allow commenting and @mentioning, which are very important in our use case.

Karma, as you mentioned, only builds pages, not the entire site. It also doesn't work so well with non-Karma content on the page. 

Spacecraft is for public sites only. 

Mantra sounds like a solution, the question is if the pricing will be approved...
