Hi, 

New to confluence - if I build out a roadmap of projects for 2022 - can I copy and paste it or transfer it somehow in to our business account?

In order to assist, please clarify. Are you referring to building a Roadmap in a Confluence Cloud Instance using on the free tier and copying and pasting it into a Standard, Premium or Enterprise Confluence Instance?

If this is your question, and you are referring to building a roadmap using the /roadmap macro, then the answer is YES. A simple copy and paste when the page is in edit mode will move it over with all of the data points you have added (swim lanes, bars, markers).

Welcome to the Community! I've had a look into this for you but unfortunately I've not come across anything that suggests you'd be able to copy and paste the roadmap from one account to the other. There's a little more information on inserting the roadmap planner macro here if that's useful.  

I wonder if the only way would be to export the Confluence page, however that wouldn't allow for it to be fully editable in the business account instead just seen potentially as a PDF or Word document.
