Hide side from side bar

In the side bar sides are listed to users although they have no permissions to see them.
That's not ok. Even apache httpd is capable to hide them. Users will ask why, but there is always a reason not to show.

I did not find any way to manage it... What can I do?

 Welcome to the community. You can configure the sidebar in Confluence server using the following: Configure Sidebar. It's also possible to hide sections in the sidebar if you want to exclude entire sections. 

Users should only be able to see activity and pages they can access.
