Hiding authors' names in "Recently updated list"

Is it possible to hide the "recently updated" section of a space? This question applies to both COnfluence Server and Cloud? If not, is it possible to hide the name of the users who edit posts?

Recently Updated section is built by the macro: https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/recently-updated-macro-139519.html

You can change the page layout by removing this macro from your page. It's also possible to hide authors of updates by selecting the theme Sidebar in the macro configuration:
