Highlighting table row in confluence cloud when hover on it.

Is there any way I could highlight a table row only when a mouse is hovered on it in Confluence Cloud? This is the table for reference. 

When I insert a new table in confluence cloud table, it does not give an option to highlight the row on hovering on it.

Do you want it highlighted while hovering over it or do you want the option to appear for permanently highlighting it?

Option 1 isn't possible (and I don't know of any plugins that would give you that functionality). Option 2 is only available for the first row/column in the table context menu.
