How Can find select all column in Jira

I am not able to add or find select all function in Jira. could someone has the same issue?

Can you confirm what you mean by "select all function"

For example, do you mean on a board? You can select all issues within a backlog by selecting an issue at top the top of the list - then going to the bottom and pressing Shift + click the issue on the bottom of the list.
