How and where can I set the value of the size of the preset for the image?

As the first ticket has been closed, I'd like to ask the question again, as the original request is 7 years old and I hope there might be a solution now.
You know, there are three preset options
(currently the middle (300px) is selected)
We have different standards and it is quite annoying (yes, I know it's possible) to type in each value manually.
Where can I set the three standard values? Probably in the source code but maybe as a CSS/HTML preset somehere?
Maybe in the dark settings of the source?
