Hi @Enis Aydoğan and welcome to the Atlassian community! :)
The access to spaces and also what can be done by users in that space are managed by space permissions. What are space permissions and how do you manage them? You can find everything in the documentation, it's a good read! 👉🏽 What are space permissions?
The configuration screen looks like this. I added a few comments for you.
This applies to everything in the space. So you can grant general access to a space for users or user groups. Then they would be able to view your pages. If you also want them to be able to edit content, they need the "Add Pages" space permission" on top of that.
If you want to restrict specific pages in a space, you have to use page restrictions. There you can decide whether users can only view that page (and child pages as the setting is inherited) or view and edit. It's also well documented: What are Confluence Cloud permissions and restrictions?
Is that already helpful for a start? Do you have further questions? :)
Best, Max

Hi @Enis Aydoğan ,
welcome to the Atlassian community!
You can do that through Space Permission setup. For more information take a look here https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/assign-space-permissions/
Hope this helps,
Fabio
