How can I avoid, that Tasks of restricted pages are shown in Task Reports of open pages?

Hello, 

we have the following case:
A restricted page which is only accessible for two people, contains a task/action item which is confidential. 

Another page in the same Space, which is open for everyone, contains a task report which also displays the confidential task from the restricted page. I am aware, that I can change the filters within the task report, to only show tasks from certain pages, however how can I ensure, that no-one else creates a task report, where he/she sets the filters in a way to "spy" on all the restricted pages and their tasks?
