How can I change a user's name?

I'm a site admin but I can't seem to change a user's name. There's no option to do so.
I'm on the cloud version, Administration\ Users

Thanks for the link Victor.
So, there's no way to change a name?  What does Atlassian recommend for users who get married and need their names changed?  I should delete their account with all their work and start over?  Lame.
