How can I choose the main page when I log in to JIRA?

Do you require this for JIRA or Confluence because I see you label this as confluence yet your title says JIRA.

If Confluence and you are hosting it yourself, then this is currently not possible OTB. If however you are using Confluence Cloud then do find the guide here.

If you are referring to JIRA server then this is not possible as JIRA is default to land on the system dashboard to my knowledge unless you are accessing a URL or cached instance of the server.
