How can I create link for a tabs which inside another tab

Hi,

I have create a page, inside that page created one page container (A) and than add Tab Page (B)

Than I created another Tab container (C) inside Tab  Page (B), and Inside C I have created tabs Page (D)

So my query is to how can i create a link for Tab Page D.

I have tried UniqueId etc but does't seems working.
