I'm using SQL Query for Confluence. I'd like to define report that will have input text as parameter for SQL query. Is this possible ? How can I do that ?

You can use Run Self-Service Reports for Confluence macros to put up a form with a parameter that can drive the SQL-query Macro. Here is a simple example: Run example.

That's quite disappointing. Your documentation tells me I can use a true SQL Parameter (ie, with ? ), but every example on the page you reference here is open to SQL injection attacks, and I can't find anything in the SQL-query documentation that combines SQL parameters with Self-service Reports.
