How can I display the Notify Watchers toolbar
I have created some new pages and have been unable to work out how to display the Notify Watchers toolbar when editing/publishing the page. I have logged this question before and had no success.

The image you are sharing is from Confluence server / DC. The cloud editor is different. If you would like to publish a page without notifying watchers you will need to click the three dots and click publish without notifying watchers.
