How can I get access to modify a page of the Confluence pages?

Hi, I would like to modify the Targets | Timeline page of the confluence, this one https://criteo.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SOE/pages/1532428409/Targets+Timeline how can I get access and be able to do this?

this should be a cloud instance and not a server one. BTW, you should request access to a space admin or a confluence admin within your organization.
