Hi,
Is there a way I could import data from Jira in a Confluence table?
I know I can make dynamic reports based on Jira filters, but I'm not interested in that.
Lest say I have a table in Confluence and what to populate it with info about the tickets closed in the current day. And want to populate columns like - ticket number, title, labels, etc, but want to be in an editable table, because I have some extra notes I need to introduce manually
Thanks!
Hi @Marina Culeasca ,
I've answered your previous question here and given an example how to reuse and merge two Confluence tables with the help of the Table Filter and Charts for Confluence app.
One of these tables can be easily made with the help of the Jira Issues macro (our macros work with this macro as with standard plain tables), for example, your Table 1.
But you can't make manual additional notes directly to this macro - you should create another plain Confluence table (like Table 2 from the example) and lookup it with the first Jira table by the unique field, for example, the Issue Key.
As a result, you'll get a combined table built from the Jira Issues macro and your own plain table where you can make your notes.
use Jira filter from confluence and then adjust jql and list of columns to display
