How can I modify the create issue screen displayed in confluence?

I use Confluence to capture the software development requirements. I want to create the UserStory from Confluence. A standard entry mask for JIRA issues is displayed. Is it possible and if so how to customize this capture dialog to capture additional attributes?

Hi,

As far as I know, the fields that are displayed on the create issue screen in Confluence are the required fields that are set as required in the fields configuration scheme.
