How can I move my sections within the page?

I remember being able to easily click and drag sections if I wanted them in a different order on the page. I cannot figure out how to change the order any longer...

This option isn't available in the new editor for now.

There is an open issue, which won't be solved in the near future:

Do you know if there are any workarounds- ie I created a page but need to add a section at the top- seems like the only thing I can do is to start from scratch...?

This is no problem, just go to the place, where you want to add your section (new name: layouts). Then hit the "layouts"-button.
