How can I past text into Confluence and have it keep its formatting?

I have some text in an plain-text email. It's a couple of paragraphs, followed by some numbers lined up in columns.

How can I paste this into Confluence without losing the formatting? In particular, I want to keep the spaces in the numbers so they continue to be lined up in columns.
