How can I remove myself from community?

Sorry I am a bit confused, I am not even sure how to ask this question...

In confluence when I click on toolbar-icon I see 3 tabs I can see that the first tab header is `my team` but I am not sure about second tab Hibernate community & third tab which is Adaptivist. 

Why are these here?  And how can I remove myself?

This Menu is called breadcum Menu where your organization have all these Applications installed. 

If any user want to directly jump from confluence to the other application they can click on them and the user will be navigated to that application. 

As a user we cannot remove them, only organizational user administration can customize the Menu.

I am the only user for my organization not sure how or when I was added to these. 

I am also site administrator is there a way I can remove them?
