I have my internal SOPs, WOI and etc. sitting in dedicated non-editable space (golden version). And there's one space for the documents in draft.
How can i restrict the hyperlinks that they would only lead to a 'golden version' space?
I'm trying to avoid anything 'in draft' to be mentioned in the original document, but to point to approved documents only.
Appreciate your support!
I'm not sure that is possible if I understand your use case.
Are you asking for the entire site, you don't want links outside your one location? Or just from a select space or just from a page?
Is there only one person or group editing? can you accomplish this with permissions, limiting who can edit so they know not to add links to non-permitted areas?
Hey Shawn,
I don't want links outside one single space.
Here's the point. While drafting a new SOP or updating an existing procedure, whenever one adds a reference link, such link should be automatically rejected if it sits outside permitted space.
Speaking of permissions, there're many editors who may work on the document drafts. And hence, the permissions won't make sense for the case.
Cheers.
