How can I see in one view the last time all users logged in?

Greg Webb June 8, 2018

I'm constantly having to "manage" users because we run out of licenses.  In doing so, I have to open each individual person's profile and see when their last login was.  If they are not using Confluence I disable them or remove them from any groups.  I'm really looking for a view or a report that would show all this information at once to help speed up the process.

BTW...I know I could buy more licenses but that is a different topic.

Hi Gregg,

The SQL queries on this page should provide the reports you are looking for:

How to identify inactive users in Confluence

Thanks,

Ann

Thanks, I'll turn this over to our dba and see what he comes up with.  Unfortunately, this won't be readily available...have to schedule time with our dba, but it's still better and one at a time.

If you go into User Management and apply the filter for Application Access to be JIRA Software, you'll get a view of all users that are currently using a license in your system.

Thanks, but I may not have the same config as you.  This is what I see on my User Admin screen.
