Hi Sebastian,

I am afraid I don't completely understand what you want to add to Confluence Cloud. I edited the Product Requirements template on my instance (https://<my_test_instance>.atlassian.net/wiki/pages/templates2/listglobaltemplates.action) and did not find categories, so I am not sure how we would add a new one.

In Confluence Server it is possible to create user macros that can be added with a curly bracket but I have not heard of a way to customize Confluence Cloud to add certain content using shortcuts outside those already configured. The square bracket is a link and the at sign is for mentions.

Please let me know more about what you would like to add to the Product Requirements template in Confluence Cloud, so I can help research it.

Thanks,

Ann
