How can one specify the parent for pages created by the shared links template/macro?

All such created pages seem to have the same parent (though they can be moved). Why is the parent not the page with the button/macro on, and/or why can't it be specified directly?

Hi Oli,

Sounds like you are asking about the Shared Links Blueprint.

In my testing, the blueprint does create any shared links under the "Shared Links" page. However, you can change what page these are created under by editing the "Create from template" macro on the "Shared links" page to set the desired parent page.

Sometimes, we see this macro creating pages in another space because the "Shared links" page was copied from another space, rather than newly created in the space.

Is the "shared links" page something special - can there only be one in each space?
