How come Atlassian emails never contain informations regarding the concerned organisation/site?

Here is the email I just received:

Review your user tier limit for your Cloud Enterprise product

As a partner, I am managing several instances and it is always quite the hassle to find the relevant instance.

 

I have already opened several support tickets regarding this topic, can you do something about it (ie. changing the email template to include the organisation name/id)?
