I was able to delete a user who had produced a lot of content. I assumed the content would be deleted too but have recently found a lot of old content appearing in searches.
The user is no longer a member of our network, I'm actually not sure what login credentials we used for "Training User". We need to have access to delete this content, looking for suggestions on how to.

So you now have content without author?
