How do I add a completed form as an email attachment?

3 questions on Confiforms:

1. I have created a work request form and would like to attach a copy of the completed form to an email to the requestor and a shared mail box. Is this possible?

2. Once a form has been completed an initial review of the request is carried out. There may be a requirement for additional info. It is possible to open the form back up with an additional section for the requestor to complete and resubmit.

3. As mentioned we would like to carry out a Gatekeeper triage and then approve the request a create a Jira ticket on approval. It will then go for program approval. Is it possible to have two approvals with the creation of the Jira ticket in between the two approvals?

Hope this makes sense and any help would be greatly appreciated.

Let me try to answer your questions

1. I see you are using ConfiForms cloud - do you happen to have a legacy editor enabled in your instance? It might be easier to use that as a solution to your question. Basically suggesting to add a CardView with a filter set to id:[entry.id] into IFTTT macro body that sends an email to send the contents of a "current record". If you dont have the legacy editor enabled then I suggest to put ConfiForms Field macros into the ConfiForms IFTTT macro that sends emails - https://wiki.vertuna.com/display/FORMS/How+to+create+a+form+to+send+emails

3.
