How do I automatically display cellcontent in onother tabel?

Hello,

I am trying to simplify the creation of a document, by having the user only type the content once, and not having to retype the topcis description it in a certain cell afterwards (just like making a simple cell-reference in excel).

Since I couldnt finde a marco to make it happen, I tried to use the table-of-content tool (wich is a macro itself I guess). This doesnt realy do the trick, beause it displayes all the following bulletpoints, even though they are supposed to be showen seperately in different cells. The exclusion-option doesnt help, because the content is dynamic and cant be preset.

Sorry for this complicatet writing (not my native language).

I hope someone can help me out.

Hi,

As this thread concerns our Table Filter and Charts for Confluence app, we are happy to announce its new macro – Table Spreadsheet.

This new macro allows you to work with fully functional Excel spreadsheets right in Confluence.

You’ll be able to use filters, cells’ formulas, conditional formatting, etc., create pivot (aggregated) tables and charts from the page view&edit mode.

The Table Spreadsheet macro works for Cloud and Server/Data Center.

Welcome to Confluence!!

So the goal here is to restrict the duplication of contents!!

The approach you could take is to organize the pages in the format of creating the spaces and parent pages wherever necessary so that users in your team will be able to recognize the content quickly.

Even if you start tracking the pages for all the spaces, that would become another task here

To do this, you can create a macro to list the pages in all spaces, guide is here

We can suggest trying our Table Filter and Charts for Confluence app and its Table Excerpt/Table Excerpt Include macros.

You can give unique names to your Table Excerpts (place several excerpts on the same page) and choose whatever excerpt you need to include into your table cell via the Table Excerpt Include macro.
