How do I change a row label in a table that is published across all pages in my site?

I have a standard table within the Page Properties macro and I would like to change one of the row label fields for all tables.  Is there a way to do this without having to go into each page one by one and changing the field manually? If not, is there a way to apply a macro to the template page where this table is created from so I don't have to manually change a row label individually again?
