How do I change the Confluence Cloud Time Zone Default from UTC to my local time in Sydney ?

We have Confluence updates appearing to be made at 4:16am in the morning when it should be 2:16pm in the afternoon.

and YES I know you can manually set this for your own profile i.e. set your own personal time zone to Sydney/Australia..... but that is NOT the point.

We want all new users to be defaulted to the Australia/Sydney time zone.

A reminder that Atlassian was founded in Sydney, Australia.... so I expected this to be a little more obvious, easy to set and well documents.... it seems to be NONE of those.

Can someone please advise and/or prove me wrong by supplying an Atlassian link showing how to set this (without code/xml changes) .... Thanks !

Presently time zone is configurable only at profile level. Site level there is no option for that.
There is already a suggestion ticket https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-16057

And @Rilwan Ahmed Is there no way to specify what timezone new users gets ?
