How do I create a Jira task from a Confluence Cloud Page - No "Create Jira Task" Option

I am trying to create multiple JIRA tasks from my confluence page by highlighting text and selecting the pop-up.  This option showed up for me and I was able to create multiple JIRA tasks as expected. However, the option disappeared (within minutes) and I haven't been able to create JIRA tasks even on the original confluence page. How can we ensure this is consistently an option?

• I am admin on both Confluence and JIRA cloud
• I have access to create tasks

I have tried to recreate the issue but have not been able to successfully do so.  Is it only on this one page or does it happen on other pages as well?

It was happening to all pages just very inconsistent. I haven't seen it since so I am assuming this is some other bug that has since been solved. Thank you.
